OK... This weekend has been one of my best in a long time food-wise.
Coming off the two day holiday featuring cheesecake and other delicacies, I think I was even more motivated to make this Shabbat an extra healthy one. So....
Last night after dinner (which was very healthy!) I took a half hour walk with my DH & dog. Then had a cup of hot tea and went to sleep.
Today my only non-healthy snack was some kettle-corn that I had with some pineapple... I am still way under for calories for the day. I also took 3 walks (20 minutes each) - morning, after lunch (really healthy!!! One piece of challah and a salad with chicken), and in the evening.
I am feeling like I really accomplished something!
Tomorrow I have a dinner to go to (yeah... the whole fancy kind of dinner where we have to dress up and listen to speeches)... but I am really not worried at all about the food there. It usually doesn't tempt me and we will leave before dessert is served.
