It has been another really good day! I walked a mile and a half with my Group Health Walk and Talk With Your Health Care Team friends, managed a 90+ minute strength training session that included 120 situps and rowing almost 800 meters, and even got in a Costco run. I am very pooped and in need of a hot tub session (which I don't have), but I know I did very healthy things for myself today! Weigh in is tomorrow, so I am anticipating that eagerly!
