TRIED CARDIO INTERVALS WITH MY WORKOUT LAST NIGHT AT THE GYM. STARTED WITH 5 MIN ON ELLIPTICAL-THEN A ROUND OF WEIGHT MACHINES, ETC. THEN BACK TO THE ELLIPTICAL 2 MORE TIMES. WORKED UP A GOOD SWEAT. FELT VERY GOOD AFTERWARD AND DID SEE A DROP IN THE SCALE THIS AM.
