Can It Already Be Two Years Of Maintenance?

Saturday, May 18, 2013

Wow surprise me I'm still doing it working on maintenance I never threw the towel in NOw I thought about it but I didn't I just accepted the struggles I was having this past year as part of the game emoticon Let me tell you it has been a battle I did go out of range for a short while but got myself back in range.

Best part is I have been able to keep tweaking what I am working on as I said in the pass nothing is in stone so it can all be modified. I have had to kick myself in the butt a few times as I did get up to 151 pounds My range at that point was 137 to 147 with 142 being goal range

Now for 2013 my range I have set for me is 135.8 to 144.2 with 140 being payday for me emoticon

I almost forgot that I was about ot celebrate an accomplishment until I got a bunch of SP Goodies from team At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance what a pleasant reminder during this time of so much sadness I am dealing with emoticon team.

I don't want ot speak of the sadness but let me review a bit of my day today At work I had a schedule change with today Saturday being my day off instead of Sunday I think I'm going to like this change I wasn't at all stressed today to get everything that i needed to do. Got up at 630AM had breakfast got Trouble the cat ready for the vet then came home got Tyson out for a walk then off to the laundry mat I stopped in to see my friend at hospice but she was sleeping came home had lunch went ot the gym for my workout then was able to go to Saturday Mass came home and finished dinner the roast was in the slow cooker cooking now relaxing on SP before I put the laundry away emoticon

A very good day

Congratulations on 2 years of maintenance. That is amazing! You are an example of how it should be once we have reached goal. Fantastic! You must be very proud of yourself. I hope some day to also be able to say I made it and have a few years of maintenance under my belt.. emoticon emoticon

Two years of maintenance is terrific! You're a good example for those of us just starting maintenance. Thanks for showing us it's possible for us, too.

Congratulations on a great milestone for maintenance. I never have been able to achieve that so I really admire you for everything you have accomplished! I know you will continue to succeed because you are focused and determined.

From what you have said I can see that it is a difficult time for you right now. My thoughts are with you and your friend.

You know, you could have relaxed, or after achieving goal, "let go" but here you are 2 years later, still on your grind, still passionate, focused and driven. I read somewhere that the test of maintaining weight is passed after 2 years of consistent weight loss maintained. YOU my friend are a winner!! Amazing.....

Maintenance could be as difficult as losing weight or much harder sometime. That's what heard on who is in maintenance. So proud of you being keeping up good maintenance yourself. Contras on 2 year of hard work maintenance. WTG Linda !!
As for me sadly I am currently went into plateau. Since I hit big number of losing since then my scale is not moving. I think my body got used to my exercise and food I am eating. I guess I may need switched things around. But not for sure what to do earnestly. For now, I decided not to do any exercise this weekend and coming Monday, hopefully I can do something deferent... Have a nice weekend Linda.
