Well, I had set some resolutions or goals or whatever you want to call them but, here it is mid-May and I haven't made any progress. It's not like I've done nothing. On January 1, I was sitting in a wheelchair with a cast on my foot after having tendon surgery. Now, I put in 120 fitness minutes a day. I eat a rainbow every day.
But I still have that diet mentality -- I'm either good or very, very bad. If I could be consistent, I know I would lose weight. I need to find that key.
