MY FIRST WEEK ON THE SPARK SOLUTION

What made you decide to try The Spark Solution Program?
I wanted to jumpstart my weight loss again!! Confuse the metabolism, etc.
• Have you seen or felt any results in this first week?
I am certainly more motivated this week and have enjoyed trying some new recipes, based on a specific meal plan. I lost a couple of pounds - so that really pleased me. Juggling a celiac diet for hubby did not seem to affect the overall program!! My pants are looser too!!!!
• What do you like the most about the program?
It is foolproof! When I read the book and found the meals all right there, it made choosing the right food combinations much easier than doing it by myself.
• What was your favorite meal from this week?
It is so hard to chose, because most of the meals were food I really liked already - just prepared in different ways... hubby really enjoyed the inside out burgers and the cobbler!!
• Which Insider Tip motivated you the most this week?
Using new spices to spice up our meals!
• What is your goal is for next week?
Staying on plan and trying to get more "NEAT" in!!
