I am finally feeling a difference in my yoga practice!
The stretching is becoming easier and I can do most of the
poses again :). I do feel SO MUCH better after I do yoga.
I bought Jillian's yoga blaster or some such for my next video
when I feel like I'm all the way back to normal. Maybe another week?
I am scared though. I really like to stick with what I know. I have 3
dvds I go between and Jillian looks tough. I really go for soft voices
that I can close my eyes and really get into the poses. I guess I will have
to change it up with her emoticon No FEAR, just new!!

    I tried an online yoga site - it said it was for beginners - but it was too challenging for me. My flexibility is terrible and with my weight and lack of confidence - it wasn't for me. But I found Coach Nicole had a yoga video on Spark and then there was also a yogalites video. So they were about my speed and time, until I can build up the confidence. I don't think I'll ever be that flexible. I need to use the yoga blocks and the towel. But it feels good and I'd like to incorporate it into my routine.

  is yoga just a lot of stretching, would it help relieve back pain? Is it slow or fast, or both. I may look into doing yoga.
