Yesterday's run down:
Move - 10k steps and squat challenge - I only did 30 squats and moved very little yesterday. I was tending to all sorts of emergencies at work when I really needed to be preparing for a workshop. Then we had to figure out what to do for my daughter since they declared her car a total loss. They initially thought it could be repaired, but it can't be. She'll be getting the leased car we were going to return, so it all worked out.
Eat - less than 2k cals - check. I blew a gasket at dinner, but I ate very little earlier, so was still in my range. I still felt guilty though because it was a low freggie day.
Drink - 64 oz. - check. This is one I probably don't need to track. I heart hydration!
Sleep - I forgot to put my fitbit on last night. I think I got closer to 7 hours instead of 8.
So there you have it, my MEDS streak!
Now it's time to find something for breakfast. I biked an hour this morning, so I'm more than halfway to my step goal.
