After beating myself up for canceling 2 sweat classes, I got my sh!t together today:)

15.5 spin

SWEAT TORQUE
200 meter sprint
30 kb swings
20 pull ups
30 kb squats
20 bodybuilders
4 rounds

SWEAT: LEGS
deadlift....time to up the weight #90 was light:)
TRX rotating knee pulls
sled sprint
high knee with hurdles
skaters
box jumps
walking lunges
jumping lunges

667 miles for the year!
