It went really well.

I started out at:
234.5lbs
upper arm: 14"
Chest: 46"
Abdomen: 45"
waist: 38"
Butttock: 49"
upper thigh: 27"

On the morning of Day 6 (after finishing all 5 days):
230.4lbs
upper arm: 13.5" -0.5
Chest: 45" -1
Abdomen: 43" -2
waist: 36.5" -1.5
Butttock: 48" -1
upper thigh: 27" same

So it's not too bad. Actually, in 5 days, that was great results.

I think I'm going to do this again.
