Alright, still gradually losing baby weight :)

Baby boy will be 2 weeks on tuesday.
When I weighed myself last while pregnant I was 40 weeks 4 days and 223 pounds.
As of this morning I am 199 pounds
That is a total of 24 pounds lost so far.
I am still gradually losing the water weight/ blood weight among other things because I was 202 a few days ago,
I am still eating lost of food, only I am loading up on more healthy choices. ( I am breastfeeding)
Yesterday I bought some 2 pound weights for my arms, for very light work out and a pedometer to track how much I walk, which I will slowly increase with time, and hoping start jogging after my 6 week check up,,
I am hopefully to make it into the 180s before my family reunion trip.
That gives me about 5 weeks to lose 10 pounds, so I really feel I can do it, especially because some of the weight is still falling of from pregnancy.
I think once baby is 4 weeks, I will really know how hard I have to work to lose the weight.
RIGHT NOW, I am just grateful to be less than 200 pounds. YEAH!
Only 9 away from no loner being obese.
MY goal is to lose 2 pounds a week, and I am going to do this!!! I think I will start weekly weigh ins on Tuesdays,
So, I will be on here more regularly to keep myself accountable, you might get sick of me ;). See you on Tuesday where I plan to be 198 pounds.
