Today is a cardio day. I like to do cardio at the gym since they have exercise bikes and treadmills with handles I can hold on to. BUT, my local YMCA is being renovated and the glue smells have burnt my throat! So, how am I going to get in my cardio? I am scared to go walking on my own. It is cold and raining/storming outside today. What if I go to a mall and it is packed with people and walking on that hard surface is hard on my hips? Okay...here it is...there are other YMCA's around town! There is a mall near by! And I could even try some aerobics in my living room! I will get it in today no matter what!
