Day 11. I don't see progress yet, rather try to keep in line and not to overeat of go on sweets binge. It's quite a stressful time for me as well, since I'm involved in a new challengin project. And I usually eat a lot when I am nervous.
Anyway, yesterday was fine, today is not bad either. Had too much of chocolate - 50 g, but still within my daily calories range.
And decided to track my progress with pics to motivate myself more and to set a visual goal. So, here's my "would be 6-pack'' at the moment.
Yeah, I know still far away from the goal, but I am trying)
