Got my Butt Kicked (Round 5)

Had a phenomenal training session today with the best trainer on the planet. He has begun to reteach me how my legs need to work in concert with the rest of my body and that the angles I have been using my body at need to be altered to help me maintain my joints (knees especially) until they can be replaced.
Very tired and a bit sore, but very happy with my progress!
