Brand new Day

Enough is enough my week has been okay. Not great like I wanted it to be. I have had enough. I'm losing sight of what I want I think I don't really know what my problem is. No that isn't true it is making excuses. No more Miss nice lady. Time to kick my bootie and get going no more excuses.

I will reach my goals. Tomorrow is a brand new day and I will get rid of the weeds once and for all.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. New policy for me I will update either here or in my binder everyday.

I'm in a similar position - good habits are slipping a little and I'm focusing too much on how far I still have to go. We can do this, though! I know because we already did so much. :)
