I'm tired tonight and a little brain-dead, but this will make you think, you can do one of your own!
H = Healthy living makes you feel better and look better too!
E = Exercise is a key in the overall plan. Eat right and exercise.
A = Athletic have a lot more stamina, let's strive to get more athletic!
L = Lessons are hard to learn, but habits are embedded in our brains.
T = Together we can do it, much easier than trying the journey alone.
H = Habits make it happen! Improve yours today!
Y = You are the benefactor in this entire plan!
L = Let the enthusiasm take over your spirit to be the best you can be.
I = If you want to do it, you can!
F = Forward is all that counts, baby steps are OK too.
E = Every time you reach a little goal, reward yourself.
S = Safe is a good word -- make sure you do your exercises correctly.
T = Time is of an essence -- get started today!
Y = You should also remember to drink 8 glasses of liquid each day.
L = Love yourself, regardless of what shape you are in.
E = Every time you reach a goal, you are that much closer to the big goal.
