So today is a good day for me (not just because it is Friday), but because I have achieve TWO workouts so far this week.
The first was my SECOND boot camp class, and then again today when I completed 5 out of the 9 SIS challenge drills. My numbers of course need improvement, but I still at least did something! I plan on completing the rest of the drills tomorrow, and also getting in some cardio time. I am thinking it is going to be Jillian on my Biggest Loser XBOX Kinect game. She is such a motivation for me!
My next "small goal" plan is to actually plan out my workout days in order to make sure I get at least three a week. I do want to start small (habit forming) instead of overwhelming myself.
Then I am going to get to work on tracking my food again. Then measure and weigh my portions, and finally start my weight goals and rewards.
I love this challenge! I love my bootcamp class! I love my SP teams and friends!
