Down one whole pound this morning. Back on track, back on plan and planning to eat all points plus today. I get 26 a day. I now have 8 points left as today I have the following menu:
Breakfast: Special K chocolate delight made with fat free milk and a single apple
Lunch: canned barbecue on light hamburger bun with carrots and tomatoes
Snack: 3 tablespoons popcorn, light
Dinner: turkey breast, lettuce, tomato onion, carrots, pickles, jalapeno peppers on a lettuce leaf with a single packet of light mayonnaise
Snack: Carnation instant breakfast drink
I think the fat free milk listed as ingredient in the carnation breakfast drink counts as a good health guideline.
Am I right or wrong on that assumption?.
