"Getting off track and Auto-Correcting" Wisdom

This was posted on facebook by Lauren (AKA "sparkgirl32"). I asked her if it was OK if I post it to Spark and she said sure. I thought it was such a good reminder that I wanted to be able to refer back to it when I have a "bad day":


It isn't getting "off track" that really keeps us from losing weight..it's what we do while we're waiting to get back on track that does all the damage! Quit telling yourself you're going to start over tomorrow, Monday, or the first of the month...try auto-correcting at your very next meal. I promise, you'll be amazed by your results :)
