    Thanks for the comments everyone! Yes Its been rough but amazingly I have been through worse. Well, maybe not worse breakups because I was pretty heartbroken but worse situations, like, I had cancer! Yes I'm a survivor but that's a story for another post.

I really like the feedback. I know I can make my hot dreams happen if I stay on track with the help of sparkfriends!

Guess what? I am pretty sure the people who aren't wanting to loose weight because of how they look are few and far between. Sure health and all that is a big part too. I don't want to be thin and sick. I want to be thin and healthy and live a very long time. Good luck. And thank you so much for Vloging. don't you quit girl

    I have found that working out can be a lot better for dealing with feelings than food ever did. It's a good way to get out anger and frustration as well as feelings of sadness. Loved this video and glad to see you are handling your breakup with healthy eating and I know you will see all kinds of improvements with your emotional and physical health in the near and far future.

Also, it's okay to be shallow when it comes to your health and body.

    #1 Goal for me: To also be hot! LOL You go for it! Whatever motivates you is NOT shallow and will take you far if it's a true motivator :-)

That being said, I'm def. joining your team. I do exercise/dance vlogs but very soon I will open my mouth and fairly contribute lol

You can def. channel thoughts into exercise instead of food. I just did a 35 min elliptical workout at the gym tonite and I was feeling mentally and physically pumped afterwords.

I plan on doing some biking and swimming this summer as well. I lost my swimsuit but the good news is I just re-bought another one and I know when and where I can do open swim :-) It's costly where I am but I'll do as much as I can afford. I also need to utilize the bike trails near my house... it's about time since I've lived here for 2 years and haven't properly checked them out. The trails are free...I just have to pump my bike tires and tighten the seat and I'll be ready to go!
