Yesterday (may 16th) My friend Kim and I went to Women's 4 Wellness. Its an annual thing here on the Rez. thousands of women and the occasional few men come and learn more about health care options here on the Rez. Not only do we have Curves and Yoga, but we also have a Fabulous You here. I have actually never heard of them. emoticon We also have a laser hair removal place in Polson. Seriously checking it out. It would be nice to not have to shave my arm pits ever again. Then I could wear tank tops all the time.

So while we were there we got nifty bags and tons of free stuff. It was a blast. We got a vaccine for pneumonia. Checked for diabetes, Bone density scan.... Got blood drawn. It hurts. A free week to curves, a free pass to a yoga class here in my little town. A day at the Fabulous you and a baby event in Polson.

It will be fun to use them things. The pool here is going to open up on Monday. emoticon They will be offering water aerobics and water zumba. And speaking of Zumba my friend Louann and her Zumba instructor with Linda and a few others put on a show.

Next year I hope to go a little earlier and even participate in the 5k run!
