Day 10 has come, and here as I promised the update. The bad news, lost weight at first didn't maintain the discipline food wise, gained it back. Good news, I feel stronger with a lot more stamina, I am able to do her exercises so much better and for longer. Up to 20 reps each up from only doing 10! Plus, I am back to yoga, so the sore muscle pain is less and I am much more flexible. When ever I do stretches, yoga or otherwise, my bones don't crack and my back doesn't get sore at the end other day like it used to. I am also mentioning that I am tracking all my food. I am looking more on the bright side other than the disappointing lack of weight loss.
These next 10 days I know what I am working on, and I will do my damnedest not to get sidetracked or tempted. These next 10 days will not be perfect, but I know I can makes them better. I am attaining perseverance. I am finally knowing what it feels like.
