I ate 8 little chocolate cookies.
It's not a BIG binge, but it was enough to make me feel sick and guilty.
... so I put it in my tracker. Which kind of feels like confession.
I feel better now that it's out there, tracked, and I'm honest with myself.
my lunch makes me sad today - it's just dull. i don't know what it's missing.Colour? Flavour? Rice and beans and spices (and some undetectable sautee'd veggies)
