Lost an other 2.5 lbs couldn't more happy. Even if it's a small amount lost it's still a lose of weight . I must be doing something right.
I have been logging my food daily on here, drinking more water, walking my dog, yoga and meditation , eating alot better and more healthy.
I even Have my mom checking out Sparkpeople.
I couldn't ask for a better week this week
