Back to work!

I'm currently only working on the weekend, and I'm really excited to go back to waiting tables. It seems like I have more self-control when I work. How do you guys handle bored eating? I spent the day creating an exercise plan for the days I don't work, and still managed to eat an unhealthy lunch. It was just too easy. Tomorrow's another day and hopefully I spend the night running around!

    Bored eating? Have lots of little healthy snacks and water/water/water. SP has some great suggestions for snacks in the nutrition section. I like to keep veggies, fruit, Greek yogurt and nuts available for mix and match. Also, I make up BIG tossed salads, so that I have leftovers for mini "treats"(add a few dried cranberries, sourdough pretzel pieces, slivered almonds, pine nuts, cut up fresh fruit, hard-cooked egg, or grated cheese for interest). I've been a 'grazer' my whole adult life because small and many work best for my digestion. But I have to watch portions and stay away from the sugar and white flour (except for sourdough, that is emoticon emoticon )
