A quick up date on my progress of late: NIL!!!!!!
I have been golfing lots and watching the calories. Well, maybe adding back a few treats but still keeping very aware of how much I am eating.
The 'bleeping' computer is so slooooooww!!!!!!!!
I try to go in and track my food and because I don't always have what is on the menu I have to type in what I did have and then I wait ..... and I wait ...... and I wait! And the popup ads .... and the popup ads ........ and the popup ads!!!!! UGGGGGGH!!!
Is anyone else finding this a problem? I never used to have to wait and wait like this. I usually like to get on, track my food, my exercise, etc. Spin the wheel, read a couple blogs and comment on a couple of my teams, but with all the new popups and wait time I have virtually given up.
So really I am not a very happy camper. I do feel like I have been derailed and definitely deterred. I am still determined to reach my goals but I have to say I am not impressed with Spark People at this moment.
I consider myself a pretty savvy computer person and have done all the necessary cleanup. However I am totally open to suggestions if someone can help me speed up the process.

On a happier note I did walk the golf course for four hours Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
On the downside I haven't logged in any calories since last weekend.
Is anyone else having trouble with the wait time?????
