Week 2 Flop

I have been suffering from a terrible case of the "I don't wannas" this week. While I managed to stick with doing my morning strength training video, I have only done cardio twice so far, I have been eating like crap, and doing a terrible job getting to bed on time! I have bombed both of my challenges this week!

The "I don't wannas" haven't been restricted to exercise. I have been feeling generally crappy and exhausted all week. I even left work a couple hours earlier yesterday and went home and slept the rest of the evening!

Today I am feeling a little better as the day goes on. I guess I'll just call a mulligan on this week and start Week 2 over on Sunday.
