Spring Challenge Week 13

So I've got to choose something from each category of the article we were given to work on.
1. Eat Sensibly
At this point I'm pretty sure I'm going to start Whole30 pretty sure but I'll broaden this to just say I'm going to cut out processed food and eat whole clean foods empathizing fruits and vegetables.
2. Exercise Regularly
Now that work is (almost done for the school year) I'm going to get back to exercising at the Y. My ideal is to do some form of exercise mon through friday and i want to focus more on toning and strength training.
3. Challenge Your Mind
I want to use this summer to get organized which will be a challenge to my mind since I'm naturally extremely scattered. I also think that coming up with meals and following through with them will be a challenge. Plus I hope to get in some good reading this summer and work on my spanish. Should be a pretty mind-challenging few months.
4.Quiet your spirit routinely
I do want to start doing yoga a few times a week. And I also want to be more diligent in my daily prayer/bible reading.
5. Emotional well being
I want to do more with my church now that I have some free time. Things like outreaching and spending time with people who need support.
6. Acceptance/ love yourself
This is the most difficult for me. I want to be more patient with myself and try to figure out how to love myself. We'll see how that goes. I also want to get my hair done again.
These were all things that had been flying around my head when thinking about how to maximize my time off so it was good to sort through them.
