So my action step today was to pick an area in my life other than weight loss that I can set a goal and work toward well rounded health.

I've done this already :)

A few months ago I joined a massage salon and now I go for regular monthly massages. This has helped me destress, work out the nagging back pains and just have a little me time.

I look forward to my massages every month :)

    Doing what is necessary for yourself is often very necessary. I would never do the message thing but I'm glad that it works for you.
