Ok.. so how does one get through a long weekend? A Lot of people might have this issue obviously. But how many people are wondering about their calorie intake? A lot of us workout/spark/fitness pals that is who!
This weekend I have a gathering of friends that we named "dipfest" it all started about 2 years ago when my husband and I and our two friends decided to have a little get together and bring a dip or cheesball /whatever.. It ended up with the four of us sitting in front of 4 lovely homemade dips and chips/crackers/nachos.. GLUTTONY at its best ( or worst)
So these gathering kept happening, more people would be recruited to join ( based on dip making skills) hahaha and we are having Dipfest 17 this weekend with only our original 4. Its gonna be tough.. how can i make a healthy dip? really?
Then on Sunday my two daughters are getting confirmed and we are having a chicken dinner at our house. its going to be the usual sunday sort of dinner, only complete with celebratory cake afterwards.. i'll skip that!
well, I am happy to say that I starting running home from work again yesterday, Did it in 35 min..very happy/very motivated.. so glad I am BACK to working on my goals
