Six Pounds Down and Trying To Maintain

Well Ilost six pounds now and i am at 110. Now i just need to maintain my weight and tone more. It seems it is an up and down cycle now. One week i go down and the next week I go up. I do not want to lose anymore I want to stay between 110 and 115. My arm is still a problem. Yesterday did not help when I went to the vets office for pills for the dog I stopped at the grocery store first to get a few items. I should of did that on the way back instead. I had a paper bag of groceries plus a small plastic bag. My arms were killing me from carrying that bag all the way home. I had to stop 3 times to rest my arms. I trained last night and the stop watch said I was slower than before. I think it is running too fast. There is no way i was slowe; I was pushing myself. My back hurt on the way back and my leg ached during the night. Feel like I am falling apart. I want to tone my arms more but they do not always want to cooperate with being sore all the time.

    Sounds like you might be pushing yourself too hard. Arms are a real problem area as we age-mine are my worst area but I keep working on it!
