still in pain. Can't believe I messed up my back this badly. Today did gentle stretches while I watched SparkCoach. Time is always the healer, but from now on I must incorporate more stretches, more core strengthening, back strengthening exercises and get ahead of this.

I'm so totally used to my morning run and nothing else that this will be a challenge. Still, I'd certainly rather take this challenge than end up where I am now, unable to function.

On the other side, I've successfully avoided almost all work this week. Since I seem to rarely stop, this has been the biggest challenge of all. I'm not a happy rest-er.

    Back is a part of body that we are hardly aware of normally,
and when it gets injured we find we use it all the time! : (
Are you allowed to swim? It always helped my back muscles relax when I had mild back pain, but I'm not sure about acute pain.
