I know it has been a while since I have been on here. I will say that life has kept me busy with my new schedules at work and home. With that said though I am proud to say that I have maintained eating my 5 fruits and veggies and working out 5 times a week. I am also still eating vegan 5 times a week with occasions where it is 6 times. This may not be "perfect" but it is what works for me. I know that in time it will change because I know that I feel so much better without the dairy. I have been debating on giving myself my own challenge of doing The Firm dvds for 2 weeks straight. That would be a total of 10 workouts by them. I would give myself 2 days off for recovery. I will plan on starting this on Sunday. Also my work schedule is getting pretty full with little down time. So that means that I need to find healthy already made snacks that I can have. Right now I have been bringing oranges but unfortunately I haven't been peeling them ahead of time that at times means they aren't eaten. Anyway, that's where I am at.
Some other suggestions might be: - those little bags of cut apples or baby carrots - a bag of dry roasted almonds handy and then just count out as many as your want. - 100 calorie packets of crackers (or package your own) and the single serving packets of peanut butter 1771 days ago
