1) I've been having pain in my left foot for a few months now and because I'm defiant I didn't get it checked out until yesterday. I have tendonitis - the podiatrist gently scolded me for not wearing my orthotics enough and also for not having supportive shoes. So I'll be buying new shoes in the next few weeks and wearing them a lot more.
I really didn't want to believe the doctor - like maybe he's exaggerating the problem? But he kinda scared the crap out of me and said I would need surgery if I didn't let it get better. I really want to do the half marathon clinic starting in June, and I've signed up for two more dance classes...
2) The CPAP has been hit or miss. I put it on and I find it hard to relax and fall asleep with it. I keep trying.
3) I feel really old - like I'm having old lady problems and I'm only 32!
4) I've set a goal to lose 10 pounds - I'm hoping it will help my foot pain and sleep apnea? I'm tracking my food and sharing everything in order to stay accountable. I promise myself I will eat when I'm hungry (not restrict myself just to reach my calorie goal for the day. If I go over a bit that's ok for crying out loud! I'm such a perfectionist with some things).
