I am ready to start the weekend. Here is my plan to stay on track:
Friday--go to Y in the morning 60 minutes of cardio; go back in the evening if DD wants to go otherwise do a dvd; get at least 15,000 steps.
Saturday--go to Y at 7:00 am and do 60 minutes of cardio and whole body strength training. Take dog for a walk in the afternoon before church; get at least 15,000 steps.
Sunday--Go to Y at 1:00 pm and do 60 minutes of cardio; do dvd later in the day at home; get at least 15,000 steps.
Friday--Make a meal plan for the week and go grocery shopping after work.
Saturday--Do all the food prep for the week. Follow food plan.
Sunday--Follow Food plan.
Friday--get at least 96 ounces of water
