Hey everyone. I've been off an on SP over the last couple of weeks and I have been dealing with some hardcore binging issues. My body is fighting back and it's a wake up call. I am back up to 220 after getting as low as 184 at this time last year. I have been in this cycle my whole life. Today I am trying my best to take care of myself and using portion control. I'm super powered up on coffee and I am about to do the Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk. My plan is to do that Thurs-Sun and toning with Yoga or weight training Mon-Wed and then gradually working in some beginner hiit training to get this show back on the road. The hardest part is just forgiving myself.
