Yesterday I got in 28000 steps & 11 flights of stairs on my FitBit & got in Spark Solution 45 minute video that came with my book. I also ate within my limits even though I was tempted at work!
Today I plan on walk/jog at the track after work to prepare for the upcoming 5k.
We can do this!
PS I got in 11 miles, 25200 steps, 11 flights of stairs, & ate within my nutritional ranges.
