Yesterday's shopping stop turned into some bonus fitness minutes by simply

Walking briskly through all aisles twice
Reaching/stretching for items highest or lowest on shelves
Taking items out of cart for checkout one at a time, good twist
Smiling and saying "No, thanks!" to bagger's offer to take groceries to car
Returning cart to inside of store

    Good for you!
I walk or ride a bike for shopping (depends on how much I'm buying) and make a complete circuit (cardio pace) around the store then down every aisle before actually shopping.
I'll add in your extra efforts to increase my benefits.
