Ok...got up and did a Zuzana Bodyrock workout followed by 2 butt workouts (I missed a day)...sweating, huffing and puffing...hard work, but I'm done for the day! Woo hoo!
Eating OK...had a body analysis last night...guy tried to talk me into Paleo diet...luckily I am in my 40s and listen to my body...Paleo isn't for me (I've tried it)...my doctor wants me to try vegetarianism so that is what I will do! The guy told me that I should have a big breakfast, light lunch, big supper...my body loses weight when I have big breakfast, snack, big lunch, light light supper...he is thinking that if I was so smart I wouldn't weigh 220 lbs...I'm thinking losing weight and being fit was easier when I was his age (20ish)...been there, done it...body has changed! Hysterectomy, cancer, menopause...hormones going crazy!
I will listen but I will also listen to my body...I have lost 2 lbs this week (the 2 I gained camping!)...
I start Mud Hero training next Sunday...boot camp following that...I am definitely healed, energy is returning...need to build up strength and lose fat!
Taking each day as it comes, not thinking too far ahead because the future is unknown, but now is known!
