What a beautiful day it is in Miami - sun shinning brightly and its around 72/73 now but in a little while it'll be hot!!!
So yesterday - I stopped to the park I blogged about. Did not know it was so hilly. I mean up down, up down. I was only able to wog for the first 5-10 minutes as the terrain wasn't nice to my knees and I didn't feel steady on my feet. It was a nice walk and I did walk the entire 30 minutes but was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get my wog in. I was sort of thinking I may wait until I'm down 10-15 pounds before I start trying to jog. But then I said let me try another park across the street first before i make that decision. I got home and did my strength training stations I've set up in my house. I think I'm going to keep doing this. I just need to get some photos of the exercises I do at each station and perhaps I'll clean off my patio this weekend and use that area instead.
My calorie intake was much better yesterday but I've been slacking on my water consumption. The day before it was the dental work that threw me off. Yesterday it was so much drama at work that I lost track. Today I will try to do much better. Other than that I'm up to 11 days of journaling my food and well on my way to making it a constant habit.
I think I forgot to mention that I took my measurements. No significant changes since the last time I did them. Probably less than 1 inch change overall. Well something is better than nothing right?
