I struggled to get going today because I stayed up too late reading last night. I contemplated doing my 10 minutes later, but I know that if I put it off now, it'll be easier to put off later. I did the All About Arms from the Fit, Firm & Fired Up! DVD. I made a commitment to do this, and I'm worth following it through. I can do this!
