I thought things were calming down and I could really get focused and back on track 100%...but nope :( I had a meal plan set and started doing my batch cooking last weekend but was side tracked with just about everything haha. What I thought was going to be a mostly relaxing weekend ended up so busy that I was exhausted by Sunday night and actually glad to go to work Monday so I could relax.
Here's some of my weekly eats...
I baked up some bacon
I've only been about 80% on track with my eating and exercise has been non-existent. That needs to change. I am very much hoping for a relaxing weekend with plenty of time to do my weekly prep and get my butt exercising again!!

I enjoyed Mother's Day even though it was a crazy busy day. My stepdaughters got me this Alex + Ani Stepmom bracelet and a gift card to a local nursery so I can get my plants :) and hubby got me these beautiful pale pink roses and took me out to dinner...
