Soy Milk

I tried this for the first time this morning w/ cereal. It will take a while for me to acquire a taste for it. Since I've never been a milk drinker, I'm not surprised. Robert like it - says it tastes somewhat like the custard his grandmother used to make. The kind I bought was plain and unsweetened. I'll have to look for recipes that add flavoring without adding sugar & fat.

I don't have a problem with using it for baking/cooking. That's the main reason I bought it. I was looking for something besides oatmeal and quinoa for breakfast and I didn't have time to hunt up a recipe so I thought I'd eat the shredded wheat that I like (only ingredient is whole wheat). I'll do that tomorrow - will have more time.

    soy and coconut (is the the whitest) milk have the same consistency (thick and creamy) as cow milk does, rice milk is thinner, almond milk is somewhere in the middle. I think they all same type of taste (hey that me and I don't like milk
