OK. Well, number one is that I've lowered my BP to a good level and my cholesterol is fantastic. That was one of the main goals that I had. Number two, I exercise more then I use to, and number three, I feel better about how I look in my clothes. I hope that this covers the challenge for today. Have a great day!!
