Yesterday was an extremely productive, healthy, fit day. I took control of my day as I should, putting me to top of my priority list. At night, I thought about snacking all evening long, but quit at a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. I wanted to finish tracking my calories, but the Spark site was down, so I had to wait until this morning to see if I had an On Plan Day.
And it was chocked full of mojo: healthy eating, low end of the calorie range, walked some distance, and gardened for 3 hours, at least half of this time was physically exerting. I pat myself on the back, but, my new next door neighbor was outside all day gardening (she only took one 2 hr. break on her hammock).
My gardens look great. Everything is done now, except for the front beds, which I will do tomorrow morning. I planted some new things, so it will be exciting to see how they do, if they like their spot. I probably have another 3 hours work ahead of me.
I woke late, so I will need to break my walk up into two segments today. After a few more gulps, even though my body is dragging from the planting, I am hitting the pavement. I need to do this more to reinforce: I COME FIRST.
