Tuesday I took a mental health day. I was going to work from home in between two appointments and I decided to just take the day off. It was great! I spent a few hours in the garden, weeding and moving rocks around. It's starting to shape up, although it needs more. Hubby is picking up some more soil for me tonight (hopefully).
Yesterday was another great session with the trainer. Theme was 15, 12, and 10. I did nine different exercises first for 15 reps, then 12, and then 10. These are the exercises:
Kettlebell chest press with crunch
Mountain Climbers on inverted Bosu
Kettlebell high row (18 lbs)
Skull Crushers on physioball with 22lb bar
Lunge with Lateral Raise (5lb weights)
Plank half jacks on Bosu
Squat to curtsy squat (8lb weights)
Burpees on inverted Bosu
What a great workout!! I may repeat it tomorrow at home with a few modifications. I've been doing okay with my food but I could be better.
