yep I drank it! Cross fit! LOVE it! Not like all out. I dont Go to a "box" but I do so many crossfitesque workouts. Thrusters, boxjumps(duh) front squats, deep squats in general, burpees, walking lunges with 25pd plate overhead, shins to chins..did I say box jumps?
NOW I wanna do a kipping handstand push up! Google peeps! And Annie Thorsidottir my fav! Of course I like a crossfit page on my FB and there is always peeps posting their hand stand pics!

then I went all crazy and tried one without my shirt! One thing with handstands you cant suck it in and the pictures don't lie! So embarrassing!
I am shocked my stomach looks so bad! I mean I gained a few inches but whoa! When I say I do 400-500 situps a week I mean heels to butt situps!
I took a shot just to make sure and yep still there
I went for a run today..its was hot! I can see my extra weight screaming at me! But I also see a fit momma right beneath lets say 15-20 pounds!
So I am reallllly trying to eat better! No damn mayo!
And in the meantime I am gonna tan my fat so when I post another sports bra handstand Ill be less blinding and for the love of god smaller!
