Yestarday we had rain and thunderstorms so I couldn't get on the computer in the evening. They were nice to watch though. Got all my goals done yestarday and stayed under the 2000 calorie mark. I got home from grocery shopping yestarday evening, and relaxxed a little bit.
My goals for Friday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
