So today Spark Coach asked me to think about where I waste time in my day - with the awareness that I could be using that time to meal plan or do a quick workout.
Well, this week isn't a great sample - I'm in a show, and I am spending (literally) less than 2 hours a day at home awake. (My cat hates me for this) I'd like to re-visit this thought process in a week, when I've had some time away from the show, and my schedule normalizes... but hey.. when the going gets tough, what am I going to do? Quit? Say "it's too hard"? No.
I've been starting multi tasking by doing kiegles while I'm sitting somewhere being stationary.
I've started using my lunch time to work with Spark Coach. (seriously considering paying for it for a month or two - just to see how long I stay engaged)
I use my shower time to think about meals/snacks for the day.
I try to get out for a 10 min walk during the day.
I am honestly and literally too tired in the mornings/evenings to do anything more than what I'm doing now, but I know that as things settle down, I'll be able to do even more.
