So today, since I didn't do my normal running/walking yesterday (or really Monday for that matter), I decided it won't kill me to do two days in a row, and when running.
I was planning on doing 2:30 run and 2:30 walk. Well I don't know if it was because I am on my period, didn't sleep well, or ate nothing but chocolate yesterday, but I just couldn't even run for a 1:30!!! So, next week I am going to be doing 2:30 run/walk yet again. Since it was so so so very very very abysmal, I decided to hope on my bike and ride. Of course I couldn't figure out my bike tracker that is miraculously still working, thus I have no idea how far I went. But as it turns out, durning my bike ride the yard guys came. Of course, I didn't want them to see me or anything, so I just continued riding and riding and riding. So I rode for just under an hour.
So 32 minutes of an abysmal run/walk, and 58 minutes of bike riding(LOL, I just loved how it worked out to exactly 90 minutes) was my cardio of the day. Overall, it could have been worse, but it also could have been way way way better.
I even ate a good lunch (thank goodness there is no more brownies, but my mom will want cookies...so that's tomorrow). I had a salad with dry roasted silvered almonds, fresh grated parmesan, spring salad mix, and maple cider vinegar (made from scratch of course). I also had some hard uncured salami, and because I felt I needed some carbs (because of my work) and more protein, I had a glass of no fat MooTopia (12 grams protein, 6 grams sugar/carbs) and naan bread. If you don't know what naan bread is, it's an Indian (as in India...though it does remind me of Navajo fry bread) flatbread that is super yummy.
Overall, not to bad. I just wish my run was better. My foot started to hurt, so that might have been part of it, but I was just sluggish overall.
Well that's it for today. I am off to plan some Skyrim before the 'rents come home!
